The sender is obliged to package the consignment properly to protect the contents of the consignment during delivery.
The sender is obliged to clearly and correctly inform the contents and value of the goods sent. Incorrect information regarding this matter is entirely the responsibility of the sender.
The sender guarantees that the goods handed over to SICEPAT for delivery are the legal owner and have the right to the shipment.
The sender is obliged to include information on the sender's data and recipient's data on the shipment packaging completely and correctly and legibly, including: Sender's data (full name, telephone number that can be contacted, complete address, recipient data (full name, telephone number that can be contacted). , Complete address (street name, house number, RT/RW, Village, District, City, Postal code)
SICEPAT does not accept shipments that fall into the Dangerous Goods category, unless regulated separately from these terms and conditions.
SICEPAT does not accept shipments that are prohibited by the provisions of SICEPAT and the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, such as corpses or their parts, live or dead animals, narcotics, psychotropic substances, firearms, ammunition, sharp weapons, gold, precious metals, stamps, goods. stolen food, perishable food, checks and cash, jewelry of high value or the like and items prohibited by law established by the State.
SICEPAT has the right to inspect the goods sent to ensure that the goods sent do not violate applicable laws. If, without the knowledge of Sicepat, the sender sends goods prohibited in point 6 above, then the sender hereby releases SICEPAT from all damage costs or other costs and any demands from any party, including the authorized parties.
The sender is responsible for protecting the shipment with adequate insurance and covering the applicable premium costs. Compensation for insured goods is in accordance with the applicable insurance provisions at SICEPAT. If the sender does not use insurance, then payment of replacement costs for lost or damaged goods is a maximum of 10 times the shipping cost or the lowest value of the goods is taken, a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000,- (One Million Rupiah). Especially for document shipments, the maximum replacement value is IDR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupiah). If the sender uses insurance, the payment for replacement costs for lost or damaged goods is a maximum of IDR 50,000,000 (Fifty Million Rupiah).
SICEPAT is not responsible and does not provide compensation to the sender for consequential losses arising from the above incident, including and without limitation, commercial, financial and other indirect losses, including losses that occur during transportation or delivery caused by: things that are beyond SICEPAT's control capabilities or other indirect losses including damage due to force majeure (force majeure) such as earthquakes, natural disasters, riots, floods, epidemics, wars, coups, rebellions, government policies and other reasons what happened was beyond the capabilities of SICEPAT.
The deadline for complaints/claims is as follows:
a. Complaints of total loss can last a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
b. Complaints of partial loss (Partial Lost) maximum 2 (two) calendar days.
c. Complaints of damage take a maximum of 2 (two) working days. (Working days are Monday to Saturday)
When handing over the goods to SICEPAT, the sender is deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this delivery, without any coercion from any party, and releases SICEPAT from all claims or forms of compensation.
The payment methods available in the SiCepat Ekspres application are using OVO, Gopay and ShopeePay.
a. Transactions that are canceled and use the OVO, Gopay and Shopeepay payment methods will be refunded/returned to the respective customer's E-Wallet balance.
b. SiCepatKu can only be used to carry out transactions in the SiCepat Ekspres application.
c. SiCepatKu cannot be topped up or cashed out to another bank or e-wallet.
